Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Tracked delivery

Once dispatched, your order is estimated to arrive within 5–10 business days. This delivery window starts after processing. All orders ship with tracking, and we’ll email your tracking link once your parcel has been dispatched.

Available delivery destinations are shown at checkout. Delivery availability may vary by location.

Shipping charges

Tracked shipping is free with our 3- and 6-packs. Shipping for a single patch is US$3.

Delivery delays

Delivery times are estimates. Customs checks, public holidays and carrier delays can occasionally extend the delivery window. If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us with your order number so we can help.

Please check your delivery address before ordering. If you notice an error, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Import duties or taxes may apply depending on your destination. Where these are not collected at checkout, they are the buyer’s responsibility, subject to applicable law.
